The main production direction of our KT farms is crop production - grain production of high quality varieties and pedigree livestock breeding. In the district, along with the development of crop production, the livestock sector is also steadily developing.

The main purpose of the Credit Partnership's activities -is to aim of the project is to create favorable conditions for the development of agricultural producers and to provide financial support to small and newly established businesses.

The sown area of the farm is 57,329 hectares. Every year the farm receives high grain yields. Along with field farming Karaman-K LLP is also actively engaged in animal husbandry.The farm is involved in breed transformation of cattle. Today the farm achieves high fattening weights.

Responsibilities of participants

Members of a limited liability partnership have the right:

1. Participate in the management of the partnership's affairs in the manner prescribed by this Law and the charter of the partnership;

2. Receive information about the activities of the partnership and get acquainted with its accounting and other documentation in accordance with the procedure stipulated by the charter of the partnership;

3. Terminate participation in the partnership by alienating its share in the manner prescribed by this Law;

4. To challenge in court the decisions of the bodies of the partnershipviolating their rights provided for by this Law and (or) the charter of the partnership.

5. The participants of a limited liability partnership may also have other rights provided for by this Law and the constituent documents.

Duties of members of a limited liability partnership:

1. Comply with the requirements of the memorandum of association;

2. Make contributions to the authorized capital of the partnership in the order, amounts and within the terms stipulated by the constituent documents;

3. Do not disclose informationwhich the partnership has declared a trade secret;

4. To notify the executive body in writingas well as the central depository in case of keeping the register of partners of the partnership on changes in the information provided by this Law of RK;

The participants of a limited liability partnership may also bear other obligations stipulated by the founding documents of the partnership, this Law and other legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

To become a member of IQ FINANCE Credit Partnership LLPYou are required to make a contribution to the authorized capital in an amount not less than 150 000 tenge.

By making a contribution you acquire a share in our partnership and get the right to participate in the management of the partnership, as well as to use its services.

Your contribution will be refunded to you should you decide to withdraw.
